Tournament Rules:
Standard FIFA / Outdoor Rules with the exception of…
1.
No slide-tackling
a.
Players may drop from a stationary position to defend
but running and sliding is prohibited
b.
Keepers may slide on a dribbler or to block a shot
within their box only
2.
No punting or drop-kicks
a.
Keepers must throw the ball or play a non-bouncing
ball from the ground
i.
Over midfield is acceptable
3.
All restarts are indirect
a.
Defense must be 6 yds. from restart
4.
Opening kick may be played backwards
5.
Fouls inside the penalty box result in 5 second
break-away from midfield
6.
No offsides
7.
Red Card
a.
Players are suspended from the remainder of that game
and the one to follow
b.
If the red card is for fighting the player will be
suspended from the tournament
8.
Substitution is on the fly from midfield
a.
The sub cannot take the field until the player has
exited
9.
No spitting: yellow card
