Riverfront Sports/Refund Policy All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@riverfrontsports.com‍
‍Prior to Start of Camp/League/Tournament (Program): For programs canceled by Nineteen 9 Sports and Riverfront Sports for any reason, a full refund (minus credit card fees) will be offered to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a credit/transfer to a comparable program in lieu of a refund. A customer who cancels a registration for any reason up to 10 days prior to the start of a program may receive a full refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee and all credit card fees which are non-refundable). A customer who cancels a registration within 10 days to the start of a program will not receive a refund, but they may transfer the registration to a comparable program or receive a full credit to a future comparable program within one year.

‍After a Camp/League/Tournament (Program) has Started: Once a program has started, refunds will not be granted for any reason. Customers wishing towithdraw after a program has started may receive a partial credit for a future program if thatcredit is approved by either the Executive Director or General Manager. The ExecutiveDirector/General Manager has the discretion to determine the amount of any credit. The creditwill not be more than 50%.
